Chatting on the sidewalk with a friend on a recent, chilly November afternoon, Anthony “Tone” Bolden said he likes to be out and about to greet the people he knows. He has lived in Harambee for more than 40 years and considers the people in the neighborhood his extended family. He has no brothers or sisters, but he likes to play dominoes when the “fellas” are willing.
