Editor Ron smith – I enjoyed listening to your interview on Morning Mix. I love NNS! After listening to your interview, I have a few ideas.
To celebrate, it would be great to see a story about many people of all ages who have completed their GED or HSED and have moved on to college or jobs, highlighting all the great things people are doing with a GED or HSED. Can you tell that I teach GED, HSED, and adult basic education? Feel free to contact me anytime for more info.
In connection with your story that will follow young people, there is a young Milwaukee artist who uses photography to focus on stories of young women in the area who are struggling with and overcoming various obstacles. His name is Corey Fells, and he recently had his 100 Womxn Project eshibited at the Museum of Wisconsin Art. Both he and his subjects are young Milwaukeeans with a variety of stories that might be of interest to your readers.
Best of everything in your new position!
