NNS reporter Edgar Mendez, goes on the air with Lake Effect’s Mitch Teich to discuss the impact of Milwaukee police vehicle pursuits. Police chases have increased from 369 to 940 from 2017 to 2018, the result of a change in the department’s chase policy.
