Alderwoman Coggs invites residents to Garfield Days festival

Alderwoman Milele A. Coggs invites community members to attend the 22nd annual Garfield Days Blues Jazz, Gospel, & Arts Festival on Saturday, July 20. The festival takes place on W. Garfield Ave. between N. 4th and N. 7th St. from noon to 8 p.m.

Garfield Days is a vibrant annual celebration in the Bronzeville District. This year’s festival will feature local music, food and activities. The event is free and open to the public.

“Garfield Days has a long-standing history of being one of the city’s best festivals to experience Milwaukee’s’ diversity in music and food offerings,” said Ald. Coggs. “I encourage you to come out on Saturday, July 20th and experience everything the festival has to offer.”

What: Garfield Days Blues, Jazz, Gospel & Arts Festival

When: Saturday, July 20 (noon to 8:00 p.m.)

Where: W. Garfield Ave. from N. 4th to N. 7th
