To our Loyal Friends, Customers & Supporters:

Guidance relative to COVID-19 continues to change. What has not changed is our commitment to you all and our community. The coronavirus continues to be a growing concern for many as we continue to monitor updates. Please know the safety of our tenants and patrons is our number one concern. Based on new guidelines set out by the state, Sherman Phoenix is enforcing a full closure to the public until further notice. Effective at 6pm this evening, Sherman Phoenix will close to the public and will not reopen until further notice.

Some of our tenants have continued to offer curbside pickup while some are exploring delivery service options. As we work with our tenants, we will provide information about those services in the next few days.

In talking with the health department, many have the virus, yet show no signs of symptoms. Conditions are changing rapidly and out of caution we are closing to ensure the health and safety of our tenants and customers.

Like much of Milwaukee, we are facing challenging times. However, we are still here and together we can encourage each other to remember we are still rising from the ashes. Sherman Phoenix has become a staple in the community and a symbol of restorative hope. Despite current times, we will continue to be that resource for our community. We ask that you remember the power of our name when the virus has subsided.

In the meantime, please follow us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to get the latest updates and information to help you navigate through these changing times. You can also get updates from our tenants about products and services especially designed for quarantine survival. Looking for other ways to help? Purchase gift cards from Sherman Phoenix vendors for future use, order from vendors online, click here and donate funds to help our small businesses stay afloat, or donate funds to Cashapp $shermanphoenix and contribute to our tenant relief fund.

COVID-19 may have us temporarily closed but we are NOT OUT! Thank you to everyone for your support as we continue to work tirelessly to help steer us through this situation and reopen with the same energy and vitality that you have grown to expect from us. We will see each other again!

We love you all. Do what you can to stay well. Be safe. See you soon at Sherman Phoenix!

Regards,

Sherman Phoenix Management Team
