The Lovell Johnson Quality of Life Center, located at 1530 W. Atkinson Ave., in partnership with Walgreens, Jump at the Sun Consultants, LLC., Health Connections Inc., and St. Mark AME Church, will host a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic on Wednesday March 31st from 9 AM – 4 PM. We are currently accepting appointments for persons 18 years and older who live and/or work in ZIP codes: 53204, 53205, 53206, 53209, 53215, 53216, 53218, 53223, 53224 and 53233. 

Appointments will also be available for persons living outside of these ZIP codes that meet the state’s eligibility requirements, but priority will be given to persons living in these ZIP codes. Click here for a list of current and next eligible groups. 

Click here or call (414)215-0384 to make an appointment for your vaccination. We will be offering the Johnson and Johnson vaccine which only requires one shot. Residents will receive the COVID-19 vaccination, regardless of health insurance status.
