The community is invited to get some exercise and enjoy a beverage at St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care during Free Refreshment Fridays. Walk the landscaped pathways at the Bucyrus Campus, 2450 W. North Ave., every Friday in May, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.

Walkers can enter the grounds from North 25th Street and visit the Tiki Hut gazebo for a free drink and snack, weather permitting. Paved walkways on the 7.5-acre grounds cover one-third mile.

A free chair yoga session will be held at the campus’ Indaba Band Shell on Friday, May 14 and 21. Certified yoga instructor Marquita Edwards will lead exercises promoting flexibility and balance. Guests are encouraged to bring a lawn chair.

Visitors must wear face coverings and observe social distancing. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

For more information, contact Gloria Miller at gmiller@stanncenter.org, or call 414-210-2428.
