“Based on scientific evidence, we know that vaccines are the key to ending this pandemic and saving lives,” said BGCGM President and CEO Kathy Thornton-Bias. “We want to remove as many barriers to the vaccine as possible for as many people as possible.”
No appointment necessary. Walk-ins welcome. Vaccines are free of charge and available to all unvaccinated individuals 12 and older. No ID or proof of insurance required. Individuals 17 and younger must have a parent or legal guardian sign a Milwaukee Health Department consent form and obtain the signature of a parent or guardian. Consent forms can be downloaded and completed in advance atbgcmilwaukee.org/vaccine-clinics.
