1. Knot Just Knitting: Monday, Oct. 9

Fiber artist Ruth Shank offers advice on crafting projects every second Monday to fiber artists of all skill levels.  Bring a project to the Good Hope Branch, 7715 W. Good Hope Road, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 9 to receive assistance .More information here.

2. Community Employment and Resource Fair: Tuesday, Oct. 10

A community employment and resource fair will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, Oct. 10 at the Clinton Rose Senior Center, 3045 N. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.  BMO Harris Bank, Milwaukee Public Schools and others will discuss opportunities. More information here.

3. The ART of Infertility: Wednesday, Oct. 11

Milwaukee Art Therapy Collective is providing art supplies for participants in this open studio session from 4 to 6 p.m. about “The Art of Infertility” on Wednesday, Oct. 11 at 9224 W. Burleigh St. Art therapists will be there to give guidance and encourage self-expression through art. More information here.

4. Codes and Brews: Wednesday, Oct. 11

This coding and networking event takes place from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 11  at the Indeed Brewing Company, 530 S. Second St. Individuals of all skill levels in technology are welcomed to come network over food and drinks. More information here.

5. Seasons of Change Teen Girls Group: Thursday, Oct. 12

Through the Youth Empowerment Program, or YEP, Native teen girls can come monthly to the second floor of Gerald L. Ignace Indian Health Center, 930 W.
