1. Real Men Real Talk: Monday, Nov. 20
Men and boys are invited to Gee’s Clippers Barber and Beauty Salon, 2200 N. Dr. Martin Luther King Drive from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20 for a conversation on the challenges Black men face such as mental health, fatherhood and more. Raffles, resources and food will also be available. More information here.
2. Community Harvest Feast: Tuesday, Nov. 21
Gerald L. Ignace Indian Health Center will hold its annual harvest feast from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 21 on the second floor of 930 W. Historic Mitchell St. Individuals can pick-up a meal, explore resource tables and receive health screenings. More information here.
3. Board Game Night at Milwaukee Public Library Center Street Branch: Tuesday, Nov. 21
Regardless of age, anyone is welcome to enjoy a night of board games from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 21 at the Milwaukee Public Library Center Street Branch, 2727 W. Fond du Lac Ave. More information here.
4. Harvestfest 2023: Tuesday, Nov. 21
This event at the Milwaukee LGBT Community Center will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 21 at 315 W. Court St. A hot meal of turkey, mashed potatoes and green bean casserole will be served. This eventis open to all and anyone is welcome to bring a dish. 5. Free Legal Advice: Wednesday, Nov. 22
Every Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., residents in the 53210 and 53216 ZIP codes can receive free legal advice on estate planning, driver’s license recovery and other legal matters at the Sherman Park Community Association Building, 3526 W.
