It’s Monday in Milwaukee, and here are some things we think you should know about. 1. Free Produce: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from noon to 4 p.m., All Peoples Gathering Church will give away free produce at its table stand at West Clarke and North Second streets. In addition to produce, there will be plenty of organic vegetables, eggs, yogurt, bread and more. More information here.

2. Small Business Open House: Monday, Dec. 4

The Sherman Phoenix Marketplace will hold a small business open house from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 4 at 3536 W. Fond du Lac Ave. Individuals interested in learning more about small business, creative arts and retail space opportunities are welcome to attend. RSVP hereMore information here.

3. Growing MKE Open House: Monday, Dec. 4

Growing MKE, the citywide planning effort that focuses on future housing growth and choice in the city, will host an open house from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 4 at the Good Hope Library, 7715 Good Hope Road. 4. Keeping Community Covered: A Health Insurance Meetup: Tuesday, Dec. 5

The monthly Keeping Community Covered virtual session takes place the first Tuesday of the month. The session for December will focus on the ins and outs of health insurance and run from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5. 5.  Citizenship Classes: Wednesday, Dec. 6

Voces de la Frontera and the Milwaukee Public Library Mitchell Street Branch are partnering to offer citizenship classes from 4:30 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 6 at 906 W. Historic Mitchell St. The classes, offered in English and Spanish, are for individuals who have at least five years of residency or three years as a permanent resident who is married to a U.S. citizen.
