(For adults & teens) Ever wanted to try out bird watching but unsure where to start? Whether you’ve never birded before, are looking to improve your skills, or feel like you need a refresher, all are welcome to come learn the basics of birding. Everyone can be a birder!
Participants will learn how to use binoculars, keep track of their observations, how to identify common WI birds, and use a field guide. Binoculars and field guides will be available to try out and borrow during the workshop. This class will start inside with a classroom portion and then move outdoors for some late morning birding.
