It’s Monday in Milwaukee, and here are some things we think you should know about. If you would like your event to be considered for this column, please submit your news by clicking here at least two weeks in advance.

1. Real Men Real Talk: Monday, July 21

Men and teen boys are encouraged to come to a monthly discussion held at Gee’s Clippers Barber and Beauty Salon for a conversation on issues that men face in society. The next session, presented by the Milwaukee Fatherhood Initiative, is from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, July 21 at 2200 N. Martin Luther King Drive. There will be food, raffles and resources. 2.  Vinyl Vibes Wednesdays: Wednesday, July 23

Bring your favorite vinyl records to play from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Wednesday, July 23 at Indeed Brewing Co., 530 S. Second St., and receive $2 off your first beer. More information here.

3. Community Engagement Resource Fair: Wednesday, July 23

Aurora Family Services-Equitable Recovery Program and McGovern Park Senior Center invite the public to a resource fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 23 at 4500 W. Custer Ave. Resources will include mental health services, refugee assistance, legal services and more. Expect giveaways and interactive activities. More information here.

4. City of Milwaukee Job Fair: Thursday, July 24

The City of Milwaukee is hosting two job fairs from noon to 3 p.m. on Thursday, July 24, at 3000 N. Sherman Blvd. (Sherman Park) and 4599 W. Lloyd St. Employers will be on site to meet job seekers interested in manufacturing, health care, retail and other employment sectors. 5. Mobile Food Pantry: Thursday, July 24

Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin will host a mobile food pantry from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 24 at 1414 S. Comstock Ave in the Muskego Way neighborhood. Guests will receive a box filled with meat and produce drive-thru style. More information here
