Milwaukee Public Schools parents and families can join the Milwaukee Teachers’ Education Association (MTEA) for a town hall to discuss 2026-27 district budget priorities at the Washington Park Senior Center, 4420 W. The City of Milwaukee Department of Public Works is hosting several open houses to teach the community about the city’s first Transportation and Mobility Plan. This week, open houses will take place from 4-7 p.m. at the Milwaukee Public Library East Branch, 2320 N. Cramer St., on Monday, April 20; Mitchell Street Branch, 906 W.
