Brown Mommies Meet Wellness Group is a community initiative through Palm Salvation Services designed to support the mental and emotional well being of Black and Brown mothers. We offer postpartum support groups, mom support groups, and wellness programming that fosters connection, encouragement, and self care. Registration is required for all groups to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

This summer, we are hosting our Summer Walk Series, which encourages mothers to prioritize both their physical and mental health. Research has shown that regular walking can be as effective as antidepressant medication for some individuals with mild to moderate depression. Walking helps regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, improve mood, and stimulate the release of endorphins and other feel good hormones that support emotional wellness.

Our goal is to create a welcoming space where mothers can build community, improve their well being, and know they do not have to navigate motherhood alone. We are proud to serve Milwaukee families and would love to share this resource with the community so more mothers know support is available.
