Join us for the 8th Annual Borshch-Off for Ukraine!

Sunday, October 11, noon to 3 p.m. | Turner Hall
Come hungry! Around 20 cooks will go head to head to make the best borshch, the traditional Ukrainian beet soup, and you get to be the judge.
Sample the entries, cast your vote, and help crown the 2026 champions in both vegetarian and meat-based categories.
What began in 2019 as a friendly contest among friends who share Ukrainian American heritage has grown into an annual tradition that brings our community together and raises funds for those affected by the war in Ukraine.
Borshch is a beloved symbol of Ukrainian culture, and in 2022 it was inscribed on UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage list.
All proceeds benefit Wisconsin Ukrainians, Inc., and will go toward blankets and thermal underwear for Ukrainian soldiers and paramedics.
Bring your family and friends, enjoy delicious soups, and support a great cause. We hope to see you there!
