We were honored by Dr.Carter’s presence. He changed, saved and blessed countless lives within our community. He took our physical, mental and spiritual well being to heart and treated each with dignity. I am so grateful that he received his flowers while he dwelt among us, as evident in your featured articles. Rest well soldier knowing that you made everyone you encountered feel that their lives mattered.
