Now in its 25th year, the WCREW Impact Awards recognize outstanding commercial real estate developments across Wisconsin and honor a trailblazing woman who has made a significant impact on the industry.

This year, eight winners and honorees have been selected across the following categories: Project of the Year, Community Impact, Judges’ Choice, People’s Choice, and Woman of the Year. Winning projects were chosen based on their vision, innovation, and positive economic and social impact on Wisconsin communities. The Woman of the Year award honors a leader who has influenced the industry through mentorship, leadership, dealmaking, diversity, or entrepreneurship.

“The WCREW Impact Awards highlight the transformative power of commercial real estate and the professionals who are shaping our communities,” said Pam Lyons, Co-President of WCREW. “We received a strong slate of submissions and enlisted a diverse panel of judges to identify projects that are redefining Wisconsin’s real estate landscape. Congratulations to all the winners for their dedication to innovation and community impact.”
