Energy conservation tops plans to rejuvenate Pulaski Park neighborhood
Long overdue changes to Pulaski Park and the surrounding neighborhood are being planned, including energy conservation projects, youth programming and other efforts aimed at increasing resident engagement and improving safety in the area.
Three more neighborhoods eligible for city loans under TIN program
Home and apartment owners in Martin Drive, Pulaski Park and St. Joseph’s are now able to borrow money for building improvements through the Target Investment Neighborhood (TIN) program.
