By a vote of 14-4 the Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors passed a measure that will end Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainers for non-violent offenders.

Tenor students study law and get their day in court
Students at Tenor and three other city high schools are learning about the American legal system through a Marquette University Law School program called Street Law. In addition to a full year in the classroom, the teens recently competed in mock trials at the county and federal courthouses.
