Youth group protests sale of tobacco at Family Dollar
Youth Rising Up, a group of Milwaukee teens and young adults, has joined a national protest against the Family Dollar store chain, which has begun selling tobacco products. The youth activists protested outside of the North Avenue store and then brought their concerns to City Hall.

Tenor students study law and get their day in court
Students at Tenor and three other city high schools are learning about the American legal system through a Marquette University Law School program called Street Law. In addition to a full year in the classroom, the teens recently competed in mock trials at the county and federal courthouses.
